His name is Heo Joon-ho, a.k.a Daemok. Kim Myung Soo is standing in front of Daemok.
Though he was not perfect, he did his best. He tried harder than anyone. He overcame the prejudice against “Hallyu idol” and became an actor.
It was his first historical drama. This is the story of actor Kim Myung Soo. He is taking his part in MBC-TV “The Emperor: Owner of the Mask” as the fake king “Lee Sun”.

The professional was the one who tied the coat string. His meticulous touch made Kim Myung Soo a crown prince. When he puts on the mask, he becomes “Lee Sun”.

It seemed like something was to happen in this place that gave everyone goose bumps. It was because “this man” has appeared.
In his every sight, there was Daemok!
To say about this man, he’s the renowned scene stealer. He has 32 years of acting career and he has this charisma that overpowers the opponents.
And to stand in front of this actor name Heo Joon-ho, to look into his eyes and to act in front of him is absolutely difficult for a newbie actor.
That’s why he can’t let go of the script. He needs to practice more and more to express his feelings and show his looks in front of Daemok.

The shooting finally began. Remember the scene in ep.32 where Lee Sun and Daemok met each other? It was where Lee Sun met Ga Eun (Kim So-hyun) caught in Daemok’s house.
But when Ga Eun told him to save the crown prince (Yoo Seung-ho) first, Lee Sun got hurt. He felt betrayed and he expressed his anger with his footsteps.

When the shooting ends, Heo Joon-ho starts to care for him. He made Kim Myung Soo feel relaxed. He kept talking with him throughout the rehearsal.

He didn’t waste even 1 minute in the shooting site.
